Each player participating from a team will need to have completed an Individual Waiver. Clink this link for waivers.
Additionally, every team needs to fill out the registration memo, which is linked here. Please make a copy of this document, fill in your team’s information (Change the highlighted areas), and send in one memo per team. For example, if your school has registered both a men's and women's team, two different memos need to be filled out and sent in.

The registration link will open on 16 December at 0800 EST. In order to secure a slot in the tournament, you must register your team and pay the registration fee using the Student Shop link. The first 32 men’s and 16 women’s teams to register and pay will be guaranteed slots. After that, the registration link will close, and teams can be placed onto a waitlist to be contacted if any unexpected changes or cancellations occur by filling out the following form. As referenced earlier, if we happen to receive enough interest in registering for the tournament, there is a possibility that we could increase the total number of men’s and women’s teams that are allowed to play. However, the safest way to guarantee your team’s slot is to register on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please use the following document to book hotel rooms at a discounted rate if you have registered for the tournament.

Registration Fee:
$150 per team. Non-refundable. This money pays for programs, trophies, facilities, referees, and other resources necessary for us to put on the best tournament possible.

Team Information:

Must be in ROTC to participate (You can mix branches)

Each university can register a maximum of 3 teams

Only 2 men's teams allowed per university

3rd team must be female

Rosters cannot be changed after tournament starts

Cadre are not allowed to play on the team

Bracket Information:

This year’s tournament will be open to 32 men’s teams and 16 women’s teams, in separate men’s and women’s brackets. If there is a lot of interest in the tournament, we may increase the total number of teams allowed to play in the tournament later on during the registration period. If you do not have enough women to field a women’s team, they are more than welcome to play on the men’s team (in the men’s bracket).

Each team will play at least three full games.

The teams will be randomly placed in brackets independent from past years’ results.

Cadre Information:
While cadre cannot play on teams, they are still highly encouraged to attend!

The Tournament Faculty Advisor reserves the right to disqualify any coach and/or team that exhibits unprofessional behavior (e.g. derogatory comments towards the referee or other teams)
